CONCLUSION

From this analysis we can conclude that Indian Oil Corporation is ranked the highest as the “Ethically Rating Retail Petrol Outlets of Calicut city”. The Reliance is ranked as the second highest and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited stands third while Hindustan Petroleum is ranked at the last. Even though the sales people are considered important in an outlet they are not motivated enough with their compensation package. The organization should also be ethically responsible and should take necessary steps to protect the environment. Organization’s can try to increase the compensation of their workers so that the employees will be motivated to perform well and through this they can retain their human resource. Hence, on the whole the employees should be made fully satisfied with their organization which will help the organization to achieve their goal by satisfying the employee’s individual goal.
